I like cool stuff. I can't resist exotic electronic vintage parts, and what's more exotic than a programmer for a military rocket? On my frequent visits to a local electronics fleemarket, a guy who sells radioamatuer stuff offered me this for a small sum (~1 Euro). He's a trustworthy fella, so I had no reason to doubt that it's a programmer for a soviet military rocket (small one), so, just try to resist. Here are some pictures of it. Enjoy:
